Our claims and support services department is here to provide you with the highest level of customer service to see that your changes and needs are handled quickly. Please use any of the forms below for any changes or questions you may have.
If you experience a loss, we have provided the following information to assist you. If it is after business hours, please call the 24 hour claim reporting number provided on your policy. Prior to calling, please have your policy number available for the claims adjuster. If you have a policy with Progressive, call (800) 274-4499.
